Dear Phillip and the U.B. Ski Staff,

I recently attended college ski week in Breckenridge, Colorado January 3rd through January 8th 2005. I went on the trip with three other friends, L. Horn, S. Lee and A. Newman. We stayed at the Sundowner II Condo off of Four O¹clock Road.

We drove up from Texas on the January 3rd and checked in at Big Horn Rentals. We received our keys to our condos and proceeded on to the Sundowner II. We were overwhelmed and amazed with how nice the condo was. I was not expecting such a nice place especially with how much we were paying. It had all the things we needed, one bedroom one bath with a huge L-shaped couch that turned into a bed. There were also two full sized air mattresses in the hall closet along with two plastic sleds to use out in the snow. The closet was also filled with more than enough towels for four people and plenty of extra pillows and sheets. I was also very excited to see the kitchen stocked with dishes and pots and pans to cook with. We felt that we were in the perfect location we could walk two minutes from our condo to a shuttle service that took you around the mountain and we were also a five minute walk to a ski lift right up the street from us. When on the mountain we did not have to take a bus back to the condo we could just ski down Four O¹clock Run which ran right by the condo. It was such a great convenience. The condo was far enough up the road to walk to a ski lift, but it was not too high up the mountain to walk into downtown. Walking to downtown and Main Street was about a ten minute walk, very nice for going shopping, eating out and drinking at the bars. Laura and I rented our skis with our package and found it very relaxing to just be able to walk into Christy Sports with our form and just pick up our skis and boats. We liked not having to wait in line, be fitted for them and having to pay for them on the spot, like most of the other students in the store.

Over all I was most pleased with the package deal. I thought the $435 that I paid was definitely a deal after experiencing the week. When I look back at everything I got for that price : a nice condo for five nights and six days, a four day ski pass (regularly $71 a day), ski and ski boot rentals for half price and party wrist bands for free keg parties, I feel very satisfied with my decision to go on this trip. I had the best time of my life and I think that you and your company UBSki did a very good job of taking care of the students that you signed up for this trip. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone I know and look forward to doing this trip again next year. I just wanted to let you know what an amazing trip it was and how impressed I was with your services. Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

S. Mahan

CHRISTY SPORTS:

Dear Phillip

Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate doing business with you this past year. I can't thank you enough for the prompt payment for the large group over Christmas. I'm excited about working with you again this year, as I think about it we have been doing business with each other for the past seven years. Your group organization has been fantastic for us these past years. You have always had your rental information to us in plenty of time so we were able to get the store ready for the group. I especially liked how you would stagger the 1500 people out for their rental pickup. By doing it that way we never had customers waiting longer than a few minutes to get their skis. The skiers were happy, we were happy because customers weren't upset about long lines, and you were happy because you had few complaints. I look forward to seeing you in December, hope you had a great summer.

Sincerely yours,

Bill Burton

Dear Phillip, Mary, and UB Ski Staff,

I wanted to thank you so much for all of your hard work you put into running U.B. Ski. I can tell that your business has grown tremendously over the last three years, and I'm excited for you guys. I have organized a group to go skiing through your deals for the last 3 winter breaks. As our size has grown and your company has grown, I have never once witnessed a decline in how you have treated your customers. You have gone way beyond the call of your duty to assist us in planning our trips and to make arrangements to please our group. You managed to take such good care of our group and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate all of your hard work, long days, and thankless hours you put into planning College Ski Week. More specifically, Phillip, I want to thank you for your excellent customer service and personal touch placed on our group. Thanks again. Take care.

Sincerely,
